Clearly shared, rasonable fee. It was very user-friendly and intuitive, and questions posed through the Chat were responded to in about 24 hours. Tax return and supporting schedules were easy to follow. The app is so buggy and has gotten zero attention or investment. It freezes, it tells me wrong information, it tells me I haven’t paid when I have— I constantly have to ping humans for help with it, so what’s the point of being able to do your taxes on an app? Communications are executed within the EY Tac Chat app. I found queries take a day to receive a response due to the time zone difference. It’s obvious that the app is just a website wrapped in an app. Not a great app experience either.
