## What is Eye Clean MARS?

Eye-Clean is an online system which helps organisations using a cleaning workforce worldwide, to manage and monitor their cleaning team and supervisors in an innovative way. It uses the power of a smartphone which communicates in real time and can be monitored 24/7/365.
The cleaner/supervisor scans a QR code/I beacon or I Tag and sends data including time allocation to areas, text, voice message, Images, Videos, Including accurate positioning (GPS, WI-FI, GSM cells) in real-time monitoring.
This allows you to monitor what time your staff start and finish shifts, time spent in areas, photographic and video evidence of areas cleaned, Incidents, instructions, supervisor checks, stock ordering and a full report of their movement, while on shift.
In case of lone working or being a keyholder, the operator can simply press an SOS button and an alert is sent, indicating their accurate position.  In this way, the company is informed about a real-time danger in the operators region and immediate action can be taken.
Eye-Clean can send emails or inform the client/organisation via the web browser, eliminating the doubts about the consistency of the operator or cleaning company, providing transparency towards client/organisation.
It is fast, low cost and reliable, improving cleaning teams efficiency and communication between operators/organisations and eliminating time wasting and improving productivity with time consuming tasks within the cleaning sector.  It reduces costs associated with area supervisor and managerial checks and the use of paperwork.
