This app is wonderful to guide you on the exercices to do with a timer, the massage exercices are simple too. It ask you to close your eyes but it do vibrates or "ding" when you're done or have to open them. The reminders feature is awesome and some more are on the way. Dev is reachable too and loves feedback, give him 5 stars at least even if you don't leave a review if it's beneficial like it is to me✨
