### 1/5 — Pricing Discrepancy and Lack of Developer Contact Information

*2024-05-20*

Dear Visonup Team,

I noticed a discrepancy between the application plans and the text describing prices after the trial period. This is confusing and needs clarification. Additionally, there is no contact information for the developers on your website, which only redirects to the App Store and Google Play Store.

Please provide the correct pricing details and update your website with proper contact information.

Thank you.
