When work involves using the computer, and leisure involves watching videos on our phone, it's difficult to find a find a time for us to keep our eyes from being overstrained. Eye Want to Rest was created so as to help others to regularly take breaks to rest their eyes. Breaks between work are important because it allows for us to continue working at top efficiency throughout the day, rather than peter out slowly because we don't give ourselves enough time to rest. To use the app, simply tap on the eye to start timing yourself and go to work. Be notified when the time is up, and relax your eyes by performing eye exercises, which includes palming your eyes, pencil pushups and more. It is hard to know exactly when I am done with a timed exercise without sound.
