And he independent contractor who installed the cameras has been slow to respond to our concerns of the camera, siding is family had Covid and he was in quarantine, but he never followed up to address the concerns and replace the camera. It shows the cameras are offline when in fact they are not. Cannot change time from app even though the option is available. Connection does drop frequently when using playback option in app as well. Get a solid app and you will have a solid product. Customers want to see the app perform flawlessly, think of it as guest perception when you go into a restaurant. There also does not appear to be any user’s guide or tutorials on how to use the software.
