Maybe do some kinda update with transparent controls or swipe up controls and make them a little more finger friendly Other than these it does pretty good, and I do like it better than the trendnet apps! Please do update. Thanks. ### 4/5 — Good *2012-11-12, version 1.7.0* Easy to set-up for me, a couple of steps and your done. Just needs a return to start position button and I would give this a 5. It does not record, send img, video, nothing. Mydlink does the exact same thing. It views and lets you hear sound for free. For 5.00 there are a few apps that will do what you are looking for. This is not the one. Just an expensive viewer. ### 2/5 — Want the old one back *2011-12-14, version 1.4.2* The older version worked awesome. Now since the update I keep loosing the video. ### 2/5 — Overall good. But.... *2011-06-01, version 1.4.1* I really like the app as it works pretty well. Easy setup, remembers login, etc. My wish list: 1. It looses signal easily and I hit the refresh button to get it back. The app seems to know when this happens. How about some user setting for doing this automatically - attempting x number of times. 2. Sound would be nice 3. Pan and tilt nav buttons could use improvement. 4. Screen cap to picture Update: after using for a while, the buttons for controlling the camera have become very annoying. Apps drops to the "gray screen of lost signal" way too often. AUTOREFRESH anybody? Overall a nice app. Looking forward to improvements. Update 2: Still not seeing any activity leading me to believe problems are being addressed. Can't justify upgrading rating until something happens here. Update 3: switched to app called Upanasonic which I'm much happier with. ### 4/5 — Greatcamera software *2011-04-23, version 1.4.1* Works great with my trendnet tv ip600. Only software that I gave seen that has preset buttons for the camera preset viewing angles I can set in the camera. But is slow on manual pan and tilt ### 4/5 — Landscape *2011-02-02, version 0* This is a very nice app but for the money it needs a Landscape view. There are other app for 99c that will also give Landscape. Update deb 2011 This app now does not work anymore. There are great free ones out there free. ### 3/5 — OK but not worth $4.99 more like $1.99 *2010-12-13, version 1.4.1* I have it working with a TrendNet TV-IP422. Seems to work well if going over a WIFI network but the video dies if going over the cellular network which requires refresh every 2-5 seconds. In my honest opinion, the interface is very crude for the video screen. * I wished the pan and tilt buttons were overlaid over the video. * The pan and tilt butttons need to be continuous; I have press the button for each move step. * no audio. App closes immediately when opened. App does not work on 3G or 4g on my iPhone 4 and 4s. ONLY works on wifi period. Pretty aggravating. Have been communicating with developer a lot and I though this last update would fix the problem. I have a wireless trendnet ip camera that works perfect with another app (mobiscope) that I was forced to purchase to monitor my camera so it's not the camera. Hope there is a fix soon, I really enjoyed this app for a long time. Landscape view would be awesome. It's stable and those that give it poor reviews did not contact the develper for help. I've found it necessary to contact him twice over time (setup questions), and he's returned a email within an hour. Now I have upgraded to iOS 6 it keeps crashing just as the camera comes up. I have two trendnet cameras, they crash opening. I have two panasonic and they are fine. Bought the app after getting the cameras was happy to see it worked. Got the app for other members of the house too. And the only one I could get to work with the ptz control features of my camera. I use it with 3 Trend net wireless Internet cameras. Have only been able to use them in IE (wouldn't work on firefox) so getting them to work on the iPhone was well out. Support returned their email within a few hours with positive results and information on settings. I installed the software and success first time. Emailed customer service and the rep showed great dedication in getting the camera working. I'm fine now and the only reservation I seemed to have observed is that the app is a bit spotty when connecting via 3-G ### 5/5 — Wish I bought this App First - would have saved $$$s! *2011-05-30, version 1.4.1* We have nine cameras. Other apps we own allow fewer cams, support pan/tilt but not our pan/tilt cams only a few. This app supports all our cameras and pan / tilt! Love it! How to improve? Add a thumbnail page to see many cams at once, instead of one at a time. Doesn't have to be all cams but at least a few at a glance. Also, using actual model numbers of cams would be a help. Example: Choosing "Panasonic" for our Pan / Tilt panasonic cameras will not work. You have to choose "Panasonic Motion" for the pan / tilt to work. And if that is the worst thing, then indeed this is a great app! Update: the Dev returned the emails and suggested a solution and it fixed the issue. Thank you Update: I never noticed till a few days ago the app wouldn't work unless you shut off the WIFI and run it on 3G. I hope the DEV can solve the issue. Update: the DEV fixed all of the issues and went above and beyond his job to fix the issues. Every thing works perfect and the wifi glitch was fixed.
