Great app except there is too much randomization making it harder to use. There should be five or six possiblities so screener knows if reading is correct. As is, the screener must look at the phone every time to see letters being displayed and remeasure before moving on.

As an ER RN sometimes you need a portable Snellen chart on the fly! This gives me options for those patients that may not know how to read, which I love. And by the way, you do NOT need to enter your email to proceed. It asks “if you’d like to receive” enter your email, otherwise just hit the ‘begin now’ button & you’ll get the charts. Great app!

Also, ich habe die schlechten Bewertungen gelesen und wollte selber testen wie die App ist.☺️ Alle schreiben das es unscharf ist (die 3 Reihe) bei mir aber nicht bei mir hat alles gestimmt aber ich habe das Gefühl das die App nicht so viel nütz denn ich habe ja schon richtig schlechte Augen und bekomme auch eine Brille 👓 aber ich konnte bei der App alles erkennen außer die letzten 2 Reihen.😁 Man Kann sich die runter laden aber ich werde Sie gleich löschen weil es nicht so viel hilft

I’m a provider in a busy urban ED. Our eye charts are sometimes blocked by patients/equipment in the hallways. This app is great because I can use it anywhere- in our trauma bay, in an ED room, in the hallway! I love how you can get a brand new chart with a single touch. I love how you can get the symbol chart (perfect for peds/non English speaking patients). Simple and functional. Five stars.
