On top of that, customer support never replies, even after multiple attempts to contact them. Paying for a premium subscription and getting no proper service or support is unacceptable. So I downloaded it and spent $2.99 on a premium membership. And this app does not sync photos at all. I’ve been trying for hours to get things to work.
