Still would really like to see my suggestion (below) implemented. 
Allows rapid screening for bedside patients. 
One suggestion, I’d highly recommend programming to not allow successive letters to be the same. Sometimes, for example, there are three identical letters in a row. It’s hard to tell if the patient actually is identifying each letter or is stuck on the last one they can see (many patients in nursing homes have dementia).
Aside from that quibble, my favorite, most user-friendly visual acuity app!

I love that this is free and has a very simple user interface! 

I would recommend;

- State the tests distance of 40cm in the app itself. 

- Give the option to test beyond 20/20

- Be able to toggle into metric measurement
