Supposed patch to fix the bugs don’t work. ### 1/5 — Not a Free App and not worth the yearly subscription *2010-06-30, version 0* This is a most misleading app - it is free HOWEVER you must pay an annual subscription of nearly $50!! I've had a subscription to this site before and let it expire. There is very little helpful information that you can't get anywhere else, plus you must pay $43 annually to use the app, however the content is on the site. The CL look up is great and very easy to use. The only thing that stops this from being 5 stars is that the vertex converter is not a calculator that allows for sph/cyl convertion by just entering in the powers. Once it has that and maybe sphcyl over refraction, we'll be in business. Once installed, you don’t need constant internet access to use it...so it’s a really quick, up to date reference for contacts, ocular meds, and more. Whenever I have an unusual fit, I look for the range of powers or angle of astigmatisms and easily find a host of possibilities.
