Good but not great and the app freezes a lot!

The app consistently stalls when patients reach the pharmacy section which requires a reset a loss of all previously entered information. This renders the patient intake inefficient and quite frustrating. Overall, we love the concept of this app but please look into this issue. We called to report but have seen no improvements as of yet. Also, there needs to be more flexibility with the program, allowing us to customize even more based on new vs recall patients.

It would be incredibly helpful if we didn't have to enable the kiosk for every single patient every single time!!!!
