### 2/5 — What have you done?!?!

*2026-06-01, version 1.6.1*

This app used to work very well for me to communicate with my elderly Dad - but once it updated, it’s basically useless. Cuts off the last word of every sentence and simply doesn’t work 90% of the time. Please fix it

### 1/5 — Nothing appears on screen

*2025-06-26, version 1.5.2*

Installed. Opened. Tested. Nothing appears on screen. Tested again. Same result.

Checked app website. No phone support.

Getting Started guide links to different website which requires registration.

Registration is a form of signing up.

Instructions and all requirements ought to be clearly, succinctly on main website page.

### 5/5 — Incredible

*2025-06-20, version 1.5.2*

This app is truly a godsend. It has helped me so much! Thank you for developing such a helpful application.

In a future update, it’d be great to be able to adjust the size of the font displayed.

In additon, I wish you didn’t have to hold your finger down on the screen as the person talks.

It’s nearly perfect.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2025-05-28, version 1.5.2*

I use this all the time. Especially helpful when someone is wearing a mask. The quality of transcription is unusually accurate. Thank you eyehear!

### 5/5 — Lifesaver

*2025-02-18, version 1.5.2*

My father is profoundly hard of hearing. Before I learned of this application from his audiologist, we were using a dry erase board to communicate with him. Use of this application has markedly improved the quality of our communication. I highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Thank You, Eye Hear

*2024-11-21, version 1.5.2*

I have never written an app review until now. My 88 year old father passed away two days ago. During one of his many hospital stays this past year, a physical therapist on staff showed us the Eye Hear app. It was life-changing for my dad and for my family. It allowed us to have normal conversations with him, which otherwise would not have been possible. We have since shared the Eye Hear app with many doctors, nurses, and aides. It is so easy to use and opens up a world of conversation that would otherwise be lost. My 84 year old mother became a pro at using it. We are so grateful! Thank you, Eye Hear.

### 5/5 — one of the best free apps

*2024-09-03, version 1.5.2*

I am a speech language pathologist (SLP). This app has completely revolutionized how I can work with patients in the hospital who are hard of hearing & either forgot or don’t own hearing aids. Families are always so grateful when I can show them a free & easy way to communicate with their loved ones. Thank you to whoever developed this & chose to keep it free. <3

### 5/5 — We’d be lost without it!

*2023-09-21, version 1.5.2*

My dad had a hearing aid for his one goodbear but we still had thrall loud and repeat often.
He is 92 and had sudden loss of all of his hearing now and he has dementia, but can still read. I don’t know what we would do without this app. We saw it in action with an ENT doctor in the ER. I literally don’t know how we would be managing without this app. It’s a game changer. I think you have an opportunity to promote this wider and farther with ENTs, hearing loss clinics etc
