### 3/5 — Options

*2026-08-11, version 2.18.4*

Some tracking over time comparisons would be nice. Also Annual Allotment
count down ticker would be nice too

### 4/5 — Nice info but

*2026-08-10, version 2.18.4*

You need to play around with it to get the hang of it. And certain functions are only adjustable on the browser website and not the App but it's not such an inconvenience. The leak detection is nice but I'd rather to be able to see the small red indicator at the meter to see with my own eyes. That's more foolproof but it's locked and the water company doesn't want homeowners to have unrestricted access.

### 4/5 — Ok

*2026-08-10, version 2.18.4*

I’ll start with the positives. It runs very well, and I never have instability issues.
Negatives: Could use better charts to track changes over time more effectively than they do currently.

### 4/5 — Great tool

*2026-07-27, version 2.18.4*

Love this, especially considering the price of water. I would love for you to post time stamp updates and let us know how often the app scrapes data so we can a quicker tell if we’ve fixed the leak.

### 4/5 — Leak alert

*2026-07-21, version 2.18.4*

I LOVE that I got the leak alert. I will say the alert notified me that the leak had started yesterday and 450 gallons had already been used. I understand that it may not be in real time … but maybe once it breached a certain amount of overage it would also alert a bit sooner. Thank you.

### 4/5 — Review

*2026-07-16, version 2.18.4*

I enjoy the app; I wish billing and payment info was included

### 1/5 — CD any trust it.

*2026-07-15, version 2.18.4*

I shot the main waterline all evening and app reported I still have leak of 6gal per hour. It’s also not a steady leak. It changes all the time from 1 to 6 gal or I’ll just stop and gives a new leak detected.

### 1/5 — Worst Water Reporting Ever!

*2026-07-04, version 2.18.3*

There are supposed to be 3-4 daily reports on water consumption throughout the day. This has not been happening for over a year at least. Now, the reporting hasn’t been happening for days.

### 3/5 — How do I validate?

*2026-07-03, version 2.18.3*

There are days that it says I use a certain amount of water that I know barely use any because I am out all day.

I don’t have any leaks. Is there’s minimum that u fill usage. For example, if we go on vacation and there’s nobody in the house, we can confirm nobody was using the hoses outside… why do I still show water usage?

### 5/5 — It works!

*2026-06-30, version 2.18.3*

I like it. You have no idea how much am saving by having this app on my phone.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — CD any trust it.

*2026-08-14, version 2.18.4*

I shot the main waterline all evening and app reported I still have leak of 6gal per hour. It’s also not a steady leak. It changes all the time from 1 to 6 gal or just stop and give a new leak detected. Also, won’t clear cache even though it has that option. Tried deleting account numerous times. Says takes up 30 days but it’s been 2 months now. I don’t think anyone manages this app.

### 1/5 — Not accurate and Mustang is nothing but government micromanaging

*2026-08-11, version 2.18.4*

Water usage reporting is extremely inaccurate and inconsistent with what we actually use.

This whole big brother watching every drop is ridiculous and starting to wonder what country we still live in.

### 1/5 — App issues

*2026-08-08, version 2.18.4*

Apps is not working.

### 1/5 — Cannot get graph any longer

*2026-08-03, version 2.18.4*

Graph don’t work

### 1/5 — No customer service response and verification link email does not work.

*2026-07-30, version 2.18.4*

Verification Link always says expired and no way to generate another? Customer service is nonexistent and for what seems to be a simple fix.

### 1/5 — No leak

*2026-07-27, version 2.18.4*

I checked my meter and although I have sweat coming from my pipes, the meter is reading 0.00 usage but I’m being told that I’ve had a major leak for the past 2 1/2 days.
I think the meter is in err and should be replaced.

### 1/5 — Overrated, lacks basic features and buggy

*2026-07-26, version 2.18.4*

There's no way to manage alerts from within the app, you have to use the website and the website doesn't even seem to work on a phone. You have to use a desktop web browser. When I sold one of my houses and I deleted my account, they continue to send me notifications on that account even after I delete that house from my account.

### 1/5 — Not accurate

*2026-07-24, version 2.18.4*

Not showing data

### 1/5 — Didn’t tell me about a leak

*2026-07-23, version 2.18.4*

Took 3 days of ‘leaking’ 142 gallons an hour for the app to alert me only after it stopped. Garbage app. DO NOT USE.

### 1/5 — Nver Is Up to Date

*2026-07-21, version 2.18.4*

I’ve had this problem before and it’s happening again: it will go months without updating usage, even when updating the app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Review on water system

*2026-08-14, version 2.18.4*

It is very beneficial.

### 5/5 — 5 stars

*2026-08-08, version 2.18.4*

Very nice app that’s always updated. Very handed to keep an eye on your water usage. A must have for anyone who wants to micromanage their utilities.

### 5/5 — Leak detection

*2026-08-04, version 2.18.4*

The leak detection is very accurate and helpful. The resolution is detailed enough to detect small things like running toilet leaks.

### 5/5 — PERFECTA

*2026-07-27, version 2.18.4*

ESTÁ APP ES PERFECTA

### 5/5 — The APP works

*2026-07-17, version 2.18.4*

While in London I received an alert that I had a leak at my home in Florida. It showed when the leak started and how much water was leaking per hour. Panic set in. Called my neighbor who found an outside spigot was the culprit. He turned it off. Then got a notification that the leak had stopped. My neighbor immediately installed the APP. Your APP worked magnificently and I highly recommend it to everyone who has access to it.

### 5/5 — My Bill

*2026-07-15, version 2.18.3*

Wish I could see my bill on this site.

### 5/5 — Water app

*2026-07-12, version 2.18.3*

Makes you realize just how much water we waste on our lawns. Our use triples on lawn watering days.

### 5/5 — Leak Detection and water management

*2026-07-12, version 2.18.3*

This is an amazing app, the leak detection feature has helped identify the leak, not where but I know where to check. Saves money for sure.

### 5/5 — Owner

*2026-07-03, version 2.18.3*

Wish it had an hourly program.

### 5/5 — Working at it!

*2026-07-02, version 2.18.3*

I love knowing how much water we use it’s a real eye-opener
