It will only work when I am standing in my house, which is probably the most useless thing ever. That was 3 years ago. The app has never worked - can sometimes “find” the gate on the network - but nothing more. The vendor is hopeless - no response in 3 years - and I tried emailing Powertech and never got a response!!! She was extremely patient and her and the team solved my problem. She provided exceptional customer service….. A good feature to add is to be able to create guest user logins to my account so that I can grant access and remove access to my Gate arm device at anytime to any guest or person.
