## What is EyePegasus EHR?

A single, focused iPad tool for the work your team performs every day — from chief complaint through signed chart, without leaving the exam lane.

Made for optometrists and the staff who support them, EyePegasus EHR takes a single sign-in from location selection through the day's schedule, patient selection, and the full encounter. Built natively in SwiftUI for iPadOS, it is designed to stay quietly out of the way of the exam.

DOCUMENT THE FULL EXAM
• Refractions, contact lens fitting, and monocular or binocular cross cylinder
• Keratometry, pachymetry, cover test, phorias, vergence, fusion, versions
• Aided and unaided visual acuities, NPA, NPC, stereopsis, color vision, NRA/PRA
• Amsler grid with on-screen patient drawing
• Ophthalmoscopy with an interactive fundus canvas for the optic disc, macula, and vessels
• Slit lamp and external exam, pupillary exam, gonioscopy, iris color, IOP
• Confrontation visual fields, MPOD, extraocular movements, dominant eye and hand

DIAGNOSIS AND PLAN DOCUMENTATION
• ICD-10 and SNOMED search with intelligent auto-coding
• Diagnosis and plan templates organized by condition
• Problem list, patient tasks, return-to-clinic scheduling
• Immunizations, review of systems, medications and allergies

PURPOSE-BUILT FOR iPAD
• Landscape-first layouts that match the exam lane
• Custom on-screen keyboards for refraction, acuity, keratometry, and contact lens parameters — built around how clinicians think, not how keyboards type
• Apple Pencil-friendly drawing surfaces for fundus views and the Amsler grid
• Face ID and Touch ID to lock and resume between patients
• Automatic crash recovery to protect unsaved documentation if the app quits unexpectedly

FOR YOUR PRACTICE
• Multi-location and multi-provider support with role-based access for doctors and staff
• Real-time sync with the EyePegasus cloud, so every device in the practice stays current
• Electronic encounter signing and PDF report generation
• Customizable encounter overview so every provider sees what matters to them

OPTIONAL MODULES
Practices can enable additional capabilities through their EyePegasus subscription, such as AI Scribe for voice-to-text clinical documentation that turns exam-room conversation into structured notes. Visit eyepegasus.com for the full list of available modules.

DATA AND PRIVACY
EyePegasus EHR stores and transmits protected health information through the EyePegasus backend, which is designed to support HIPAA compliance and is covered by a Business Associate Agreement. Any optional module that handles PHI is covered by a signed agreement with its service provider. Biometric authentication is device-local; Face ID and Touch ID data never leave your iPad. The app contains no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics, and no tracking identifiers.

GETTING STARTED
EyePegasus EHR is a professional tool for licensed eye care providers. Accounts are provisioned by your practice administrator; there is no public sign-up.
If your practice already uses EyePegasus, contact your administrator for credentials. If you are new to EyePegasus, visit eyepegasus.com to request a demo.
