I’ve compared it with the actual website and no data shows up anymore. ### 3/5 — Some Issues *2026-06-09, version 1.7.8* It’s great that there’s a mobile app for this company, but there are a couple issues that I face. One is the certification tests on the app always gives me an error that says “cannot connect to server”. I have to go on the actual website to do it. The other thing is that I would like to go on the map and see shops at other locations. Sometimes, I go travel so it would be convenient for me to plan ahead via the app. Can’t do that l but you can do it on the website. ### 3/5 — Filter doesn’t work *2026-06-05, version 1.7.8* The filter function isn’t working. I can’t change locations and search other areas. It would be very helpful to be able to change the location so I could see what shops are available in locations I’m traveling to, like next month I’ll be at my brother's house and I can't change the location to see shops near there during my stay. Edit: After looking at other mystery shopping apps, I now see how great this app is in comparison, even if it could be improved. Just flashing up the background image and closes. Have to use Safari to log in, but that isn’t as good as no map support. ### 3/5 — PDF download issue *2025-09-10, version 1.7.8* This usually works well until the latest update which prevents Assignment PDF files from downloading and being viewed. There’s not many jobs and some require you to purchase something. (Usually a meal) Payments/reimbursements from this company take too long. Other companies are paying out in a fraction of the time it takes this one to. I pass on many of the ones where I have to pay for a meal because I just can’t wait that long to get my money back.
