One is the certification tests on the app always gives me an error that says “cannot connect to server”. I have to go on the actual website to do it. The other thing is that I would like to go on the map and see shops at other locations. Sometimes, I go travel so it would be convenient for me to plan ahead via the app. Can’t do that l but you can do it on the website. ### 3/5 — Filter doesn’t work *2026-06-05, version 1.7.8* The filter function isn’t working. I can’t change locations and search other areas. Also, you can’t download the guidelines pdf. There’s not many jobs and some require you to purchase something. (Usually a meal) Payments/reimbursements from this company take too long. Other companies are paying out in a fraction of the time it takes this one to. I pass on many of the ones where I have to pay for a meal because I just can’t wait that long to get my money back. Otherwise they aren’t a bad company. ### 2/5 — Better but still not good *2025-06-19, version 1.7.7 Eyes On Global* The app is better than it used to be however it takes 15-20 to load before the password can be entered. I dislike that it logs you out of the app so quickly and you have to log back in all the time. I would also like it if the app organized the shops you are assigned to in date order by when you are going to the shop rather than the order you accepted the assignment. Just flashing up the background image and closes. I submitted my receipts, my survey and receipts were all accepted, they have my bank account info, and have never paid me or paid me back for my costs. They currently owe me something like $75, but won’t respond to my emails. ### 1/5 — SCAM steer clear *2024-04-07, version 1.7.5* Everything about these shops are a joke. Twice now both shops were marked invalid. And there is ZERO reason as to what and why. Unrealistic expectations from the companies for the amount of money you get. You follow everything to a T but if you’re allergic to something and can’t get it then why would someone still get it knowing they can’t try it. So you get marked invalid. It's occasionally glitchy but I just restart the app and then it's fine. It would be very helpful to be able to change the location so I could see what shops are available in locations I’m traveling to, like next month I’ll be at my brother's house and I can't change the location to see shops near there during my stay. Edit: After looking at other mystery shopping apps, I now see how great this app is in comparison, even if it could be improved.
