In the corner of the screen it now says “UK” instead of “US” how do I fix this? Every time I try to upload any pictures it simply says "expected error," forcing me to have to upload any pictures on the computer. I had a problem with one of my assignments and there was no one to talk to about it. I would have lost more than I stood to make. Because I argued with them, they terminated me. Most other mystery shop apps will show you all of the shops in each unique location as you scroll over them on the map, but this app only shows what is available “near you”. I kept being told the password was incorrect, so I requested a link to reset it and was then told my email doesn’t match their records. I immediately went onto the website to login there. I had a problem one night attempting to upload photos at the end of my report. I kept trying for over an hour. I called and there was nobody working at that time. I emailed the help desk hoping to receive a reply before time ran out. It was over 12 hours later that I received a reply, by then my persistence had paid off and the photos had loaded. My shop was approved, I appreciate that. ### 4/5 — Assigned shops *2017-09-27, version 1.3.3* I cannot find a way to list my shops by date order which is annoying. It shows them in an order that makes no sense with approved ones from the past followed by assigned ones in the future followed by more approved ones from the past. How absurd is that?
