This thing gets two channels. I know what is available where I live. If EyeTV had a manual tuner it might be worth a look, but until the app has located my stations in a scan, they do not exist. Since then most channels are either "encrypted" or "no content" when they worked well before. Reinstalling the app didn't fix the problem, and neither did rescanning channels. I'm using iPhone 5 with latest iOS update. We paid $100 for this and it is not working for weeks now. Fix it already or at least push an update that will revert to the previous stable version so we can use it for its intended purpose! Now, I received your product, and download the apps. System of the apps work, and the scanning channels. It is a really a disappointment . Only 3 station. I change different location ..to see if I can get more station. Even on top of my roof..sigh. None.. I am about 15 miles north of charlotte, nc and I pick up 8 channels. Would like to see more options. How about hooking up with cable providers to allow more channels with authentication. Similar to Espn app. Reception and picture quality are decent. Perfect tv during power outages or for passengers in the car. I drove 30 minutes and the picture never flickered. Worked on my 2 iPads and iPhone 4S. One thing.........make sure the battery is charged on the eye mobil device. All in all a good product. The reviews don't seem fair to me. It woks exactly as advertised. Just one mans opinion. Also, not sure why nfl games are blacked out. Makes no sense. Change that and get a few more options and this is 5 star. ### 4/5 — watch tv anytime *2012-11-20* this is really cool. the fact that i can watch tv without using wifi or my data plan is awesome. ### 3/5 — It's alright... *2013-01-11* The app works fine. The device is so so. In the Los Angeles area I only get 5 channels. The channels are Fox11, NBC4, 30, Mex34, and T52. I don't know Spanish so I only watch Fox11 and NBC4. The coverage is great outdoors not so great indoors. I'm getting a better antenna hopefully it will improve coverage indoors. The device definitely isn't worth the $90-$100 it's going for unless all you watch is Fox and NBC. Also I forgot to mention the signal is transmitted by means of the DyleTV and their channel selection is limited. So buy at your own risk. Besides the disappointingly low number of channels the antennae brings in, it only works on my devices with iOS 5, total bummer. Awesome idea, poor execution. Save your 100 bucks until they perfect the software.
