I plugged in the dongle since I noticed the latest update to the app. Instantly a firmware update was installed onto the dongle and instantly I could start scanning for channels! 

I run iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 14.3.

Even though the included antennas can be a bit sketchy when it comes to tv reception, the app works and with a bit of patience, watching tv is now finally possible again.

Thanks for the fix!

Still not working with iOS 11, they say it’s being worked on but it’s taking too long, when it was working it was a great product....gone from hero to zero.....still not working I was offered a replacement device that would work but they needed a receipt for my eyetv which I don’t have who keeps this rubbish, so now they won’t swap just when I thought they were caring and wanted a happy customer....how difficult cat it be to get it all working again ?????

It used to be a great product, but since iOS 11, it stopped working!

I have been in contact with the manufacturer which promised an update soon.... this was March 2018!

Do not support them or buy this product until they sort it out!!!

As others have said, this used to be a great product, but the people selling it have not updated the app since 2015 as seen here in the App Store. If you have any recent iOS installed, the the eyetv is no longer detected, so can’t work.  It is a shame.  Planned to watch the football on my iPad, and Wimbledon on my iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.4.1, only to find out it no longer works on either. Looks like they are not working to fix the problems.  If they do, I will update this review.

It’s only after installing the app you find you’re stuck with a £80 piece of plastic that may as well be empty.

As previous reviewer said I was told they are working on upgrade!  For far too long and no updates, info or anything. Useless until they make to work with current op system.
Now May 2018 and still no update - not good enough to put it politely.

Formidable! Je reçois sans problème une trentaine de chaînes. Je l'ai utilisée pour l'instant à proximité des villes. Bien évidemment, les résultats dépendent de la localisation des émetteurs. Dans certains  lieus rien ne sera capté, dans d'autres il y aura 40 chaînes avec une excellente réception.

Enorme amélioration par rapport aux versions précédentes. 
Le produit marche désormais très bien. 
L image peut parfois sauter quand l on change de chaines ou en mouvement mais ça n empêche pas de profiter de la tele n importe ou sur mon iphone 5 ou ipad mini.

Fonctionne très bien aussi bien avec un iPhone 4/4S qu'avec un iPad mini. Le problème c'est qu'il faut les deux modèles a cause des connecteurs. 
Le signal est bon, l'image parfaite. Rien a redire c'est super.

I have found that the EyeTV works well and do,s what it said it would, try it I  have had no problems with channels and get a great picture.

Their software is always well executed and this mobile tv app and dongle work well on both iPad and iPhone here in London.  Strong TV signals here probably help.

For those having reception troubles - don't expect the best reception with the tiny antenna - use the larger one for best results unless you are in a very good signal area.

Je suis surpris par les commentaires négatifs. Acheté, branché, scan des chaînes en quelques secondes et hop !
Il faut évidemment être dans un lieu où le signal TNT est clair. Comme il s'agit d'un matériel destiné aux itinérants, la réception peut subir des fluctuations notables selon le lieu où l'on est. Mais il faut considérer qu'on ne peut pas à la fois disposer d'une solution ultra-portable (l'eyeTV est à peine grande comme deux morceaux de sucre !) et bénéficier d'un récepteur ultra-puissant, capable de compenser toute perte de signal en toutes circonstances. Je m'en sers essentiellement en région parisienne. Un régal en attendant mes RV en buvant un kawa.
