The fine print is so bad, I have been wearing prescription eye glasses for 40 years.  I have never been more disappointed by a retail chain or even a local retailer outlet in my life, across many countries including KSA.   Read the fine print, be careful with the promotions.  Again, very disappointing.  On top of the ridiculous policies in the fine print, I bought one of the most expensive lenses and without exception, they were the worst quality lenses I ever had, the coating wore off in a few months and the vision space of multifocal was not even comparable to a less expensive pare I had. This is all I will say.

تجربتي مع Eyewa كانت مخيبة للآمال. طلبت نظارة طبية من فرع السيتي سنتر بتاريخ ٣٠ أغسطس 2025 بقيمة ١٨٤ دينار، وكان من المفترض استلامها خلال ٣–٧ أيام، ثم أُخبرت أنها قد تستغرق حتى ١٠ أيام. وحتى تاريخ اليوم 10 سبتمبر 2025، لم أستلم النظارة.
كنت بحاجة ملحة لها، لكن خدمة العملاء لم تقدم أي تفسير للتأخير، ولم يعوضوني أو يقدموا حلًا مناسبًا، رغم محاولاتي المتكررة للتواصل. لدي جميع الأدلة على التأخير والمراسلات. الخدمة ضعيفة جدًا، ولا يوجد احترافية بعد استلام المبلغ.
أتوقع من Eyewa تحسين خدمة العملاء والالتزام بالمواعيد، لكن بناءً على تجربتي، لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم.

I recently placed my first order with Eyewa after seeing an advertisement, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. While the delivery was fast, which I appreciated, the order itself was completely wrong—I received +0.50 lenses instead of -0.50, along with two different packages of contacts I did not request.

When I contacted customer service, the experience only became more frustrating. At first, there was no response. When I finally received a reply, my concerns were ignored and I was simply asked what I needed. I explained everything again clearly, yet there was no follow-up. Even after messaging multiple times, I received no proper assistance.

This was my first experience ordering from Eyewa, and I had expected much better. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer support left me very dissatisfied.
