The delivery date mentioned in the app was not honored. The shipment was supposed to arrive within one day, but it was delayed for three days and still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times, even daily, but there was no response. While the delivery was fast, which I appreciated, the order itself was completely wrong—I received +0.50 lenses instead of -0.50, along with two different packages of contacts I did not request. When I contacted customer service, the experience only became more frustrating. At first, there was no response. When I finally received a reply, my concerns were ignored and I was simply asked what I needed. I explained everything again clearly, yet there was no follow-up. Even after messaging multiple times, I received no proper assistance. This was my first experience ordering from Eyewa, and I had expected much better. They say free repair but when went to fix the lenses out from frame they installed big nail and said that what’s available almost injured my daughter. Whoever the price is too much expensive not true what they announced. One more this when I evaluate my orders with one star they removed and not approved my review. I ordered medical glasses and received wrong dimensions of my lenses after a lot of complaints they said that your order we can’t do anything for you I left the useless glasses in branch. Advise for everyone to go first and make comparison before order any shop normal not brand will give excellent services more than them. ### 1/5 — The five print is really bad *2026-04-19, version 5.12.0* The fine print is so bad, I have been wearing prescription eye glasses for 40 years. I have never been more disappointed by a retail chain or even a local retailer outlet in my life, across many countries including KSA. Read the fine print, be careful with the promotions. Again, very disappointing. On top of the ridiculous policies in the fine print, I bought one of the most expensive lenses and without exception, they were the worst quality lenses I ever had, the coating wore off in a few months and the vision space of multifocal was not even comparable to a less expensive pare I had. I always order my daily lenses from Eyewa, but this time the service was very upsetting. My order took a long time with no update, and only after I raised a complaint did I receive a response saying the item was out of stock. How is it out of stock but still shows available online? And why wasn’t I informed earlier? I’ve been waiting with no call, no message, nothing—only today someone replied.
