## What is EyeZenith?

Track your stress, focus and eye strain with AI — on iPhone alone, in 60 seconds.

EyeZenith turns your iPhone camera into a personal wellness coach: scan your eyes for stress signals, screen-strain, focus drift and sleep quality. No Apple Watch needed. Fully on-device. Truly private.

WHAT EYEZENITH MEASURES
• Eye tracking — a short reading session with a live overlay of eye landmarks. Saccade and fixation patterns are derived on-device via Apple's Vision framework. No images are ever recorded or uploaded.
• Heart rate variability — pull SDNN samples from your Apple Watch via HealthKit, or use the camera-PPG fallback (finger on the rear camera with torch on) when no Watch is paired.
• Sound stress — a passive ambient-loudness check via the microphone. Calibrate against any reference SLM app for accuracy.
• Steadiness — a 30-second gyroscope hold to gauge focus and tremor.
• Breathing — a 4-7-8 guided rhythm to settle the nervous system in three minutes.
• Reading wellness — a long-form reading session with the live eye overlay and read-along word tracking, ideal for younger readers building reading confidence.

DAILY GUIDANCE
EyeZenith's AI insight engine runs entirely on-device. Every day it reads what your sensors said and writes a short, positive summary — rotating phrasings so you don't see the same sentence twice in a week. The logic is rule-based, auditable, and never sends data off your phone.

WELLNESS INSIGHTS
A second on-device engine flags patterns over the last 30 days — sustained stress trends, a softer HRV baseline, eye fatigue from long fixations. Each insight ships with a suggestion you can dismiss once you've addressed it.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Daily streak, 7-day metric trends and a 30-day reports tab break every modality down. Drill into individual sessions to see the raw numbers, not just feelings.

PRIVACY FIRST
We capture and store only the derived numeric scores. No audio is written to disk. Camera frames stay in memory; only landmark coordinates are processed. Nothing leaves your device unless you opt into anonymous score sync.
