A colleague of mine from work advised me to check on him. I came across a recommendation online about a professional private investigator named "Micheal ", so l decided to try it out. Optional add-ons were presented, but the interface made it impossible to find a way to opt out. As a result, these extra items remained hidden in my cart, and I was billed for an additional subscription that I neither wanted nor needed. To make matters worse, the company refuses to issue refunds for these hidden charges. The layout is unintuitive, difficult to navigate, and offers a terrible user experience on iOS/iPhone. Between the lack of billing transparency and poor functionality, this app is absolutely not worth the money. Horrible customer support!
