Maybe they were a disgruntled PWCS employee. Pretty twisted revenge. ### 1/5 — Absolutely horrible *2026-02-03, version 0.0.16* Aside from the fact that this app didn’t work AT ALL for this first month of the school year, it hasn’t improved much since then. Halfway through the year and it is still useless. The bus I am indicating the bus location is frequently missing. The bus stop location does not indicate if the bus has already been to the stop. Notifications are hit or miss. This is a terrible app!!! Highly recommend against any school board choosing this app. ### 3/5 — Pretty Functional *2026-01-31, version 0.0.16* This app actually isn’t half bad. The night before the first day of school this year, so many people logged on that it crashed. Within a few weeks though, it was up and running again. I like the feature that allows you to adjust how far the bus is when the app alerts you. This app is horrible. It didn’t work for the first two months, people were missing their buses, people were getting on wrong buses, etc. I wish our county would switch back to the old app because this app is truly horrible. Around midnight, it randomly gives me notifications that my bus is in the radius. Sometimes, the app doesn’t even work! Because of this, my children have been left waiting at the bus stop in freezing cold conditions multiple times. This is completely unacceptable for a school transportation app. What makes it even worse is that today my spouse received a message on his phone, while I have the app installed and received absolutely no notification at all — no alert, no update, nothing. An app that is supposed to ensure children’s safety and keep parents informed fails at its most basic purpose. If zero stars were an option, I would give this app zero stars.
