No easy way to log in, no easy way to register, you use the pronto app to pay for fairs anyway. So why does this require a complicated and useless system to just view the public transit schedules. Terrible system please remove the need to register.

I registered and after registering, it asked me to login with the client ID, which is not something I was ever provided or entered in during registration process. Can’t even reset my password because it requires your client ID, which is not something I’ve been provided.

I type my address but it just says no results found which prevents me from creating an account. Why do you even need my address in the first place?
