“Couldn’t find client”. I tried everything and nothing worked. Then said I reached maximum attempts to login. Couldn’t log in. No solution. This is a known problem and still not fixed. Useless app.

My mom is a client of Circle of Care.
Downloaded the app. After entering her info, 
I got "couldn't find client". ??

Unfortunately I get no iOS notifications whenever there’s a schedule change. (All my notification settings are correct) I have to go IN the app to see any notifications, which is pretty useless.
