Go to sign in. 
Password not accepted and account locked. 
Quite literally useless.

Really, really disappointed with this app. There is virtually no functionality in it at all. Is there any intention to remedy all its failures. A real pity because the actual on the ground charging works fine.

I’ve been using the app and charges without issue for months, but the app updated recently and since then I can’t login, can’t reset password, and can’t create a new account. Such a shame as the chargers themselves are really reliable. Can someone help me out?

An amateur effort. Cannot find out what it costs to charge - surely a basic requirement for a charging app?

Irritating signup process. Sent me an email addressed hello without title or surname, which just looks silly.

No kWh prices are displayed anywhere in the app, nor on the chargers themselves. Would you use a petrol station that didn’t display prices? The only way you’d know how much it costs is after you’ve filled up!
