If I try any other selection it’s closes the app. This has gone on for YEARS! It says it’s an Invalid Screenshot for almost all of my tries. I’ve messaged the customer service 2 times and was asked to send them screenshots the last time of which I did, but nothing had been fixed. I paid for this app a long time ago and am very upset that no one has contacted me or fixed the issue! ### 2/5 — EZ descrambler *2019-12-09, version 5.1* Most of the time this app works. It used to work consistently but lately gives me words that are rejected. One of the most common is qin. Now it seems as if 2 of 10 words given do not work. They are rejected. WHY? Well after having removed it from one of my devices I thought I would give it a last try on my iPhone. Five out of the six words I just tried were deemed not valid this included Ja and OO which you gave me as valid words. After my last review you wrote a message saying basically it was my fault because I didn’t check the Dictionary that was being used for the game and there was a choice of three of them, not really solving my problem.I shouldn’t have to work this hard and agonize playing a game. It’s just not worth it any longer. I’m glad it was free because I certainly wouldn’t pay for this piece of junk. Used to love it but now it’s just annoying and frustrating. Deleted the app then tried again months later. The app is now working but in order to see the locked words I paid 1.99 for 50 unlocks. Total rip off considering I bought this app before and did not just get 50 words to unlock for 1.99. ### 2/5 — BEWARE OF RECURRING FEE *2019-01-08, version 5.0* This is truly an amazing app! A simple screen shot will enable you to see best possible words and plays. However, in order to unlock the best words, you must pay a fee which to my surprise did not unlock the app permanently. In a short period of time I was asked to pay the fee again! This app needs to be updated as frequently as the WWF app is but it hasn’t been updated in months. I have paid to unlock my version and am getting really annoyed with the lack of support and my inability to use an app I paid for. I immediately updated and paid for some keys. The board scanner is even worse than before. Just now it thought OI was OY. So all of my possible moves were completely wrong. And I wasted a key to get incorrect choices. $2.99, wasted again. I’ve got to stop losing money to these developers. Sigh. 9/25/18 update- Just opened app, it updated OCR engine and now won’t work. I’ve tried all options for importing boards, none work. Anagram finder works but nothing else. Tried restarting app several times. As usual the scrabble dictionary is not up to date. The scrabble teacher regularly comes up with better scoring words. And many times the app will suggest a word that makes no sense. Obviously the board was interpreted incorrectly. 11/1/16-app is now updated but doesn't read my tiles. Suggests any word regardless of the letters in my rack. Scrabble dictionary is out of date. Description says in app purchase will get you unlimited top words for life but when you purchase you only get 50. When I complained they said the unlimited words were in the previous version. Don't waste your time or money on this fraudulent app. If I could give zero stars I would. I really want my money back but of course they ignore me when I send that email. I use it when I play against an AI opponent but never against a human because they wouldn’t have much of a chance. But I play against the computer often and by using this app it “train’s” my mind to see solutions more quickly when playing against others. Plus you learn lots of words which is good when you’re through school and now you’re learning on your own as you trek along on life’s journey.
