The icon still shows up transparent like and won’t open up cause I have uninstalled it however it doesn’t want to get off my phone.. it would be wonderful if you could fix the problem without us having to erase our phones and have to reset them just to remove your app from our iPhone. All the bad reviews are from people who aren’t customers and haven’t filled out the proper paperwork to get an account. So they are mad that it’s not working for them. As someone who DOES use it, this app works awesome for the cars it’s supposed to work on.
