## What is EZ?

The EZ-MALLS Merchant Mobile App is a convenient tool designed specifically for merchants, allowing you to manage member points and conduct transactions anytime, anywhere. This application seamlessly connects with your web management portal, ensuring data synchronization and smooth operations.

Through the EZ-MALLS Merchant Mobile App, you can easily achieve the following functions:

Quick Member Identification and Query:

You can directly scan physical membership card barcodes or virtual membership card images through the mobile app to quickly identify members.

The app will instantly display the member's current status and account balance, allowing you to immediately understand member information.

Convenient Point Deposit and Consumption:

The app supports point deposit functionality, allowing you to add points or value to a member's account.

When performing point consumption, you can select from the list of products and services you have pre-configured on the "Card Product" page of the web management portal. The app will automatically calculate and deduct the corresponding points from the member's account based on the default value of the selected product.

Instant Virtual Membership Card Creation:

In addition to registering physical card members through the web portal, you can also directly create virtual membership cards within the mobile app. This provides a more flexible way for your members to join.

The EZ-MALLS Merchant Mobile App aims to simplify your daily member management tasks, improve member service efficiency, and allow you to focus more on business development.
