It glitches and by the time one goes looking for the available sub job it’s gone because it takes so long to log in! ### 3/5 — Notifications *2023-03-20* I have a check telling me I have a notification or message and there is nothing there. The app at the log in says to use the website if the app is having issues. Well I have tried to use it for a year. I have redownloaded it multiple times. ### 1/5 — Safety Concerns *2025-08-05* This app has a HUGE safety concern, when it comes to adding a child to your account, it prompts for you to search by their last name. But when you enter in a last name (can be any last name) it displays every childs full name, the school they attend, the child’s grade and even the classroom teacher. I should not be able to see a child entire information based on entering a last name especially for other schools. This issue needs to be addressed quickly as this can potentially put children at risk & violates PII for a minor. ### 1/5 — The worst app ever *2025-02-23* This is really disappointing to have a TEACHERS app that is unorganized. Worst experience and the developers need to fix all these login issues. ### 1/5 — Does not work correctly *2024-10-11* My app does not work at all since I got the iPhone 16. No. It is not my phone! I receive NO alerts. Support is awful! They actually ask for photos to make sure my notifications are turned on and ask me to delete the app and reinstall every time the school reaches out. Ez School is the only app that doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Complete garbage *2024-01-31* Constant notification but no sub job. Not getting notified of any jobs, even when requested (holy know through email notifications) and by them because teacher requests 2 or more, it’s gone. Nothing I can do on my end because they will only deal with school. Contacted school twice, and they’ve done nothing. Considering switching schools altogether in hopes of being done with this app altogether. ### 1/5 — Questionable *2023-09-28* This Ap is not helpful to me in trying to obtain a sub day. There is a constant notification with nothing to show for it. I’m surprised an app isn’t available but understand that app development takes time and money. Please update the date and or remove the app from the App Store until there is actually a functional app. Just ‘cause Elon can get away with bogus release dates doesn’t mean EZSchool can. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-01-25, version 2.1* Supposed to be functional after Jan 1st, 2023. I think it's very efficient, i like that I am able to pick up shifts really easily, also the alerts help a lot to know shifts are available for subs. ### 5/5 — Had a couple of questions. *2024-11-07* After using the app for the first time I had some questions so I contacted there support team where there support walked me through the process. The app provides access to available positions within my local districts, as well as opportunities in other districts through my organization. While there are occasional delays in loading, it remains a valuable resource for accessing important information via both the app and email. ### 3/5 — If you work for TT *2026-04-11* If you work at think together just know it gets better :) ### 3/5 — Average School App *2025-05-09* Takes a while to load sometimes. Glitches and says job is deleted when in reality it's been manually assigned/picked up/reposted with edits. Besides those minor setbacks it is easy to use and navigate. ### 3/5 — Easy to use *2024-09-09* Easy to use, but does not send a “low balance” notification to let parents know that it’s time to re-fill the account.
