After migration is completed and I start using this EZ Tag app, it would be great if your app could send me a push notification every time my TxTag was detected driving through a toll. What if we want to filter and see which tolls we incurred for a single day only example 5/15/2024-5/15/2024 and we would only see tolls on that date. Right now if forces you to set two different dates and it will show tolls for both dates. ### 2/5 — Who Am I? *2024-04-22* I have no issues with this app telling me my balance, and allowing me to pay. But the issue is that I have to identify myself twice by proving that I’m a human snd by taking a stupid test, all while being on MY phone. I absolutely hate those tests that require you to pick out pictures of a motorcycle or a bike or traffic lights and half the time the pictures are so small you can’t even see them. I’ve been getting charged 1.50 ONCE everytime i used the tolls. Now i pay it and all my “hidden” tolls are up to see. Three or four tolls paid for everyday instead of one. Anyway, it didn’t work and it was so frustrating. I had to go online to pay. I doubt the wages of a couple road cleaners and some call center operators cost you millions of dollars. You guys are abusing Houstonians and I am fed up. I pray that one day toll roads are outlawed, after all that’s why I pay taxes so my roads are built and maintained. Not to mention you are a bunch of liars as originally the toll was going to be used as a way to “pay for the highway building costs” which was a blatant lie as the highways are paid off and you continue to charge taxpayers millions of dollars a year. It was a little time consuming setting up a new account, but the instructions were clear and I got it accomplished. All my activity, credit card info, and three vehicles transferred correctly. I then installed this app and logged in. All information is there!
