The “plate type” field takes you to a blank page with no option to choose a type or enter manual info. Cannot progress past this. ### 2/5 — APP NOT NECESSARY *2025-12-30, version 1.4.6* This is a third party app and not necessary to maintain your EZ Pass account. Also, you are charged a fee whenever you use the app to replenish your account. Go directly to rough EZ PASS MA instead. ### 1/5 — Scam/Fake App *2025-11-22, version 1.4.6* This app is not real!! The state of Massachusetts EZ pass does not acknowledge this app. The money you put on your account does not go to your MA transponder. They money goes into the cloud somewhere. When asking Mass EX pass they say it’s a 3rd party company and they take no responsibility for the mo eat that was put in the account and you are still responsible for all payments. Your money why is lost! This is a fake app! Please do not get stuck in the same spa it I am thousands down the drain on this app and now I still owe all e pass fees along with major fines now. Massachusetts, please shut down this app and help the people of the state get there money back! ### 1/5 — This is a FAKE FRAUDULENT APP *2024-06-30, version 1.4.4* This app is not associated with the MA DOT, which I was told in person by a rep in their office. I got billed a huge amount and letter of non-payment, but I’d been paying into this app for over a year. Meaning they accepted tons of payment, even the location tolls mostly looked consistent.
