This app needs some serious updating. Horrible server and needs to be updated so customers can be made aware of their past due balances, pay their balances and keep money in the account.

I’m so happy there is an app for ezpass for my state.  Is there any way you could make it so that I can remove non-active transponders from my transponders list please?  Also it’s rather inconvenient to only have lost as a choice when all 3 of my non-active transponders were not actually lost but were broken or had dead batteries?  If you want them back, offer a choice that says Broken and then have a message come up that says please return to us and we will take it off your account.  I’ve always just thrown my broken ones away.

I just downloaded on my IPhone XR. The app won’t open. Tried on WiFi and using my data. Just get the still loading circle. Tried each for about ten minutes. Oh well. Another useless app in the books for me. Good luck on future tries every one.

This app appears to be just a way to access your account, just like you can on Maine ez pass website. Honest enough, the UX/UI is WAY better than the website, but note: they get a .99 processing fee for adding funds through this app, but you don’t pay that fee if you just log in to Maine EZPass with a browser. 

What I was really hoping for was notifications, so you see a notification on your phone of how much you just paid for a toll you went through. That would make this app super useful and I would be glad to support it by paying the .99 add funds fee if it had that. And maybe a low funds notification of your low balance. 

Also a CSV export for your toll history would be great for ride share drivers come tax time.

This app is working great for me. I can check my balance, add funds or cars. Very easy. I think the negative reviewer is dealing with a bad phone or user error.
