If you go directly to the state’s website you can avoid unnecessary charges. ### 2/5 — Double charged *2025-04-20, version 1.3.6* I do like I can now keep track of what I’m being charged for but Not sure what can be done for getting charged double, there is no way possible I’m going the same direction at the same exact time. And for people that go thru the tunnels ALOT, there needs to be a cap on how much one person can be charged per week. They charge you to add funds when the VDOT website is free to add funds. I had to dump this app because of sign-on issues. They also charge $0.99 to pay your bill, and it is FREE on the REAL EZ-Pass Website! So basically you can’t be driving and check your balance real quick before getting on the Highway. You have to type the password I every time and some of us have long and complex passwords so it takes a minute to successfully login. I will note that the filtering doesn’t work against the toll tag when looking at the history. Now updates regularly just after a charge. However, I have multiple transponders for my cars, and wish there was a way to get a banner notification when the toll is charged. That would give you guys another star. That being said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. Why not allow a nickname for each car, and then allow us to associate a car with a transponder? This would be a lot more intuitive and than the current method of going into the settings and nicknaming the transponders. Also I’d like to see an option to have charges appear as iOS notifications.
