I can’t complete the sign up. It has a drop down for type but it gives no options. I tried to select that but it won’t select and I can’t leave it blank.

App hasn’t worked for months. I’ve tried uninstalling then reinstalling. Literally nothing I’ve tried or found online to try works. App is 100% a dud. For healthcare providers, using this app is a disservice to your patients. They deserve better. 

Update: The developer says to use the code provided by my doctors office. Assuming the app will do more than close/crash right after being opened, how exactly am I supposed to input a code when the app won’t do anything more than show its logo? When the app actually opens there isn’t a place to input any information at all. I have literally left the app open all night with no luck on somewhere to actually input anything.

I could vibe code in a single night a better app than this. Constant issues with 2fa when logging in, terrible user design flow, outdated interface and modules being used.

Whether trying to book an appointment or download immunization records, it crashes every time. 0/10 do not recommend…. But of course it’s the only thing our pediatrician gives us to access records 🙄

When first downloaded I could communicate with the nurse/Dr. Cannot open messages at all now. Just spins then says too try again later. Shows I have a message and I’m expect one from my Dr about lab results. This has been going on for 2 weeks. I’ve had to call and leave voice messages. Does not allow to schedule appointments. When tried app support, only allows for new professionals sign-ups. No support available.

The app does a decent enough job for physician messaging and viewing of appointments and lab results. But it blows my mind that I cannot schedule an appointment. This app is not adequate without that feature.
