You lol never reach to anyone You receive confirmed ticket via email when send out form but I’ve been waiting 2-weeks no one reach me. I send 3 times and zero reply. My order supposed to arrive today the latest (per their estimation), and the “shipment tracking” seems work and shipment proceeds in their app. However, the tracking number provided by “Kerry Express” was not found on their official site. The logistic order doesn’t exist. There’s no customer service or any contact found on their website or in the App. I’ve never came across a scam or fake online shop App in the past, it’s really terrible.
