Please fix it ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — NOT RELIABLE AT ALL *2023-09-01* App says that due to payment issues, ezship cannot accept payments the normal way and provided a bank account to transfer to. I transferred it to them before the deadline ran out, p.s. we can only store free for 30 days, so I made the bank transfer, paid for the shipment, but I’ve gotten no updates no nothing since payment was made about 5 days ago. Those are some important shipment items and I’m not prepared to lose them just because ezship has failed with setting up their system properly. I have attempted to contact them using their live chat but it says “not operating” even during normal working hours. No phone number for me to call, only a sad email address to which I am blind sending, no reply from them for 4 days already. Is this a scam company lol… can apple do anything about this at all, try to get them to reply to their customers man! Recently they’ve installed a new payment system and now none of my credit card payments are going through. Customer service is useless telling me to contact their payment processor - Stripe. Stripe is telling me they cannot help me because they can only talk to the business ie ezbuy. So now I have a parcel in their warehouse for more than 2 weeks. They had issues on 11.11 but I made my order few days before 11.11. First, they couldn't buy the item I wanted, so I requested to cancel. No update. Second, they lost that same item in the warehouse, and I requested to cancel it AGAIN. But nothing was done so I asked them to cancel it again for the 3rd time. It's been 2 whole months and they have yet to cancel my item, let alone issue my refund. The other item I ordered with this has yet to arrive as well. So this might be a scam or a fraud, or one so incompetent that it might as well be a scam. The app itself is mediocre. Online live chat on the app disconnects automatically after a certain amount of time which is ridiculous cause my end goal is to talk to someone! ### 1/5 — Irresponsible, bad service, inaccurate pricing and overcharged shipping. *2016-08-14, version 6.0* Pricing and domestic shipping sometimes differs from Taobao/flash deals. Sometimes, a very light item like screen protector was forced to used Special Air. Irresponsible shop. I have a missing item from my parcel which was obviously a problem with their warehouse but they never replied emails and enquiries. Bags and shoes received with folded lines and even a completely wet top. Giving up on them and going back to my old agent. ### 2/5 — 11.11 error *2017-11-10, version 9.2.1* Can’t buy Taobao items on 11.11 then what’s the point of using this app? The app also deletes the items we’ve added to the cart, we don’t intend to buy them on 11.11 anymore but can’t we add items to the cart first? Why are our items deleted without consent? ### 2/5 — What Happened To Prime Pages *2016-07-28, version 6.0* There used to be a time when you could see in detail what other buyers were purchasing on Prime. Now clicking the item shown does not show details of the item. At this time, all you can see is the first 8 or so items bought by the prime user, even if that user bought 80 items.
