Go back to the old app because whoever designed this app needs to be fired ### 1/5 — Ez cater is bad business *2026-06-24, version 7.2* They don’t even honor their own price match guarantee. They Don’t accommodate small business at all. ### 1/5 — New App *2026-06-11, version 7.2* Please give an option to start the delivery in the app without having to wait because I know my city and there is a lot of traffic. It takes me longer to get there than your timing if you wait to give me access to the “start catering” button until the time allotted I can’t do things correctly. They make you jump through all sorts of hoops and take a lot of money… but then tell you, it’s for your benefit. Do the send secure link, ezcater website shows sad potato sorry this is awkward and doesn’t exist. Penalized for not being at the computer constantly and then directed in a circle for 20 min before trying to call and then being on hold for entirely too long.
