Most anything you would need to access in one location, the most convenient being the offline Jumpseat listing. From schedules, to commuting, to bidding, it is easy to navigate. Very clear FAQs are written for easily answering questions. It is so easy, it’s hard to remember your password when you get to work, as the app has made that transparent. Highly recommend! It no longer works with our computer system at work. All of sudden I received a charge after cancelling my subscription years ago. Whenever you ask a question or have a technical problem he talks to you only via email, which is sometimes very difficult to describe or explain the problems you are having. He don’t not call customers because he said that he is the only person handling 31,000 flight attendants. When he response to you be basically answers you very rudely and condescending!! VERY RUDE WITH HIS RESPONSES. I have the emails. I WILL BE CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION AFTER IT EXPIRES!!! Scot’s demeanor toward his customers is very disgraceful!!! ### 1/5 — Dislike latest update *2019-08-15, version 3.0.0* Do not like the latest update pls change it back to the old one ### 2/5 — Travel section/offline jumpseat *2020-01-23, version 3.23* When trying to list to jumpseat it’s very unreliable in regards to pulling up travel/available flights. The screen just sits there blank. However, lately it keeps logging me out, telling me my password is incorrect and blah blah blah. But, I know they are correct because I can still log in to flying together and regular ccs. My passwords don’t expire until August as confirmed by link support. After a few hours I try the same passwords again and it works. The.
