## What is EZChangeOrders?

Create, price, and get approval on change orders before you leave the job site.

EZChangeOrders is built for contractors, remodelers, and trade crews who lose margin on scope changes that never made it onto paper. Describe the change out loud or snap a photo of it, and EZChangeOrders turns it into a clear, professional change order your customer can review and approve from their phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Capture a change by voice or photo while you are still standing in front of it
- Get a clean change order written up for you, with scope, cost, and schedule impact
- Send it for customer approval by text message and keep a time-stamped record
- Your customer approves and signs from a link — no app and no account on their side
- Attach job site photos as evidence so a change never turns into a dispute
- Keep every change organized by project, from first request to signed approval
- Export the signed record as a PDF for clients, general contractors, and your office
- Work in English or Spanish: spoken notes are transcribed and written up for you

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Recordings and photos are saved to your device before anything is uploaded, so you can capture in a basement or on a site with no service. They upload on their own once you have a connection.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
EZChangeOrders is free to try. An optional Core subscription unlocks unlimited change orders, jobs, photos, and recording, plus up to 3 team members:
- Core Monthly — $29.00 USD per month
- Core Annual — $229.00 USD per year (equivalent to $19.00 USD per month, billed once annually)

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown above. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase; canceling stops the next renewal. Any unused portion of a free period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
