I also wish there was an option for editing the text that doesn’t make it italicized and unable to transfer over to subsequent notes if needed. Why are there different ways to edit, for example, morphology but one is italic and one is not? Doesn’t seem productive. I would like if we’re able to change a bunch of procedures at once. Example, my MA uses a prepopulated template for destruction of milia. If I didn’t use numbing, but it was already in the prepopulated template, I need to go back into every individual lesion and remove anesthesia. It’s extremely time consuming. I also wish we could toggle between free texting an rx sig and having a structured input (I know Athena has this option) it makes it less confusing when sending to the pharmacy. Athena also has the ability for insurance estimate of each script. Is it possible to add this to EzDerm? Very helpful. ### 2/5 — Too slow *2026-06-07* This app is great as a specialized app for derm but it’s always lagging. I wait for the chart to load, I wait for the medication to load, I wait for the note to be signed off. It’s understandable if it’s an occasional thing but when you sign off +35 notes a day, it adds up. ### 4/5 — Pls add multi photo select *2025-10-08* Great app. Came back 2 years later to say it would be perfect if you could add multiple photos into a patient chart instead of one single photo at a time. ### 5/5 — EZ Derm *2025-08-16* In the world of EHRs, EZDerm is a great derm specific option. I like most its user specific customization of treatment plans. The company is responsive to feedback and is competitively priced. ### 1/5 — Recent Update is TERRIBLE *2024-12-27* This most recent update is HORRENDOUS!!! Makes the entire system glitch and crash for no reason. Not efficient when seeing patients. Fix it!! There was nothing wrong with the app before. ### 3/5 — Needs to be more efficient *2023-09-02* Our practice uses this app, so I’ve been using it for over a year. It has some pretty good features, but when it gets past 3 assessment & plans, IT GETS SO SLOW. It’s such a pain when doing a full body check or having to add in a procedure because it takes forever to load. My MAs always curse me when I have to add in more. Lol. The other thing is only allows one photo at a time. PLEASE UPDATE WHERE YOU CAN ADD MORE THAN ONE AT A TIME 🙏🏽. Even if it was limited to 3 or 5 at a time. That would make documentation so much more efficient. ### 4/5 — Great but could use some updates *2023-06-03* Would be great if there was an a option to add multiple photos to a patient chart at once instead of only being able to add photo by photo. Otherwise no complaints, the app is perfect and love the new update of being able to clone past notes. Makes prepping pt notes 100% more efficient. Sometimes there is glitches where the app will not show the past problems in a patient HPI but they update often. ### 5/5 — The best *2023-02-04* With each update ezderm is becoming better. Its remaining simple yet adding layers of complexity. The best emr ive ever worked with and ive worked with plenty (ema, criterions, epic etc) ### 4/5 — Recent Update *2022-02-15* If I could do 0 stars, I would. The new update is horrible with all the extra fields being applied when we don’t use them all. We are a busy office and don’t have time deselect all the unnecessary fields. You could put a feature on there to save our preferences if others need to have these fields. Please fix this so we can get back to proficientancy.
