Every time I plug this thing in there is a different issue. Every time they update the app there is a new issue. I’ve been able to work around them until now,connector is now a desk ornament. Used to transfer fine to each iphone until the XR I have now. Updated everything it asked and now the app will not connect to car. Only choice left is buying yet again a GM software package. Now I’m seeing I’m not the only one and it’s an ongoing issue. Doesn’t look good for me. Apple should remove this app from the store if launch isn’t going to fix it. ### 1/5 — Stopped working completely in 10/23 *2023-11-18, version 6.4.7* In October of 2023, this app stopped working completely and asks you to update it but there is no update. Similar apps from Launch will not work with the connector either. It was actually an ok tool while it was working for me. Had it for 6 years and it paid for itself many many times over so to be honest, i’m not even mad. The biggest reason I got this was to program keys on the side to help people out at a cheaper price and it has worked just fine for me! Love this setup! ### 5/5 — Cadillac srx 2 - марка GM *2018-06-11, version 6.4.2* Купил лаунч - купил одну марку GM. Все работает. Русский язык есть. Постоянно скачивает обновления прошивки самого лаунча и обновления марки GM. Пиратка на айфоне не работает. Можете не пробовать. ### 5/5 — Let Merge idiag to m-diag *2017-02-16, version 5.2.6* I have a launch dbscar, the one that came with idiag app, that is pretty good,that's way I rate the five stars, I assume m-would be as good as idiag. It was perfectly fine until you stopped updating the app, and if I update my iPhone's iOS, it doesn't work,I tried to use it with m-diag and displays a log in version error. I have purchased all brands and can't use it. Please, either update idiag or let us use m-diag. ### 4/5 — Были проблемы, но решены *2017-10-29, version 6.3.3* Приобрел m-diag в июне 2017 г. Радовался месяц, кодировал в своей Skoda Octavia A7 всё без проблем. И вот в июле 2017 года пришло обновление, после чего приложение перестало корректно работать, кодировать невозможно, ошибки считывает, но не расшифровывает. Уже 3 месяца пишу письма в тех. поддержку, реакции нет. По сегодняшний день так ничего и не работает. Если уж не можете устранить проблемы, то верните старую версию! Потратил приличную сумму денег на устройство, которым теперь не могу пользоваться вот уже четверть года. Добавляю отзыв: с последним обновлением приложение заработало. Часто вылетает, однако уже можно пользоваться и кодировать авто.
