I hate going to the gas station, especially post covid. Now when we need gas, my wife and I just open the app and the gas fairy comes when they are scheduled. We live in a town home community and the drivers are always conscious of our neighbors... They are also careful to not spill the fuel. If I had to add any criticism, it's the monthly service fee could be a few $$ less. Very messed up and shameful. ### 1/5 — Application freezes during vehicle selection *2023-04-21* Though it might otherwise have the potential to be excellent, the application freezes when trying to add a vehicle, specifically while selecting its make, and thus doesn't work; this is the case on iOS and iPadOS and even when emulated on macOS. This is not only unfortunate but unnecessary, since it is of dubious business to ezFill what your vehicle is (down to the color and license plate - why?), only what grade of fuel you want and how much of it. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2023-04-20, version 3.1.7* Didn’t show up or even contact me to tell me there were any issues ### 1/5 — Very Bad Experience *2023-04-18* Unfortunately, this was a very bad first experience. I was going to recommend EZFill to my building’s board as a weekly option for our residents. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my poor experience. The ONLY delivery window offered was 9pm to Midnight. At 11:15pm, the delivery still hadn’t arrived. I contacted customer service to inquire about the timing and ETA. At that point, the representative told me there could be a delay of 2-3 hours more and couldn’t give me any indication on when the driver would arrive. I expressed frustration because it was already nearly midnight. My only option was to cancel and make another appointment two days later and in the same 9pm to midnight window. I was desperate for the gas delivery due to a shortage in the area so I decided to wait it out due to necessity. I waited from 9pm to 2:30am when I finally fell asleep from exhaustion. My building has 24 hour security and valet. The delivery driver did not talk with either valet or security when he finally arrived at 3AM. My car was parked on the side of the building, gas cap open and ready for filling. Security and Valet were expecting them and ready to give them access to my car. When I (understandably) didn’t answer the drivers call at 3am because I fell asleep, my order was immediately cancelled. When I finally got a response this morning from customer service, the best answer they could give me was “thanks for your feedback” I asked them how I could possibly recommend them or rely on their services in the future, I didn’t receive a direct response. I’m not an unreasonable person and I’ve never placed a negative review for a company or app in my life. I needed EZ-Fill to deliver what they promised. I needed them to set proper expectations up front to allow me to make alternative arrangements as needed. I needed them to communicate there was a delay instead of having to inquire myself 40 minutes before midnight. Instead I’m left with very little sleep, no gas and a missed day at work. ### 2/5 — Gman *2023-09-07, version 3.2.3* They don’t show up sometimes and don’t explain. It will cancel if you don’t confirm via the text link. I get it; but it’s not convenient to us who do not want phone on at all times. I wish the confirmation was sent and can be done 24 advanced notice.
