## What is ezGym.?

Set. Rest. Go again.

Press DONE after a set. The timer starts. When it's time to lift again, ezGym lets you know — from your wrist, from your phone.

Build any split — push/pull/legs, upper/lower, full-body. Any day of the week, any name.

Choose from 665 exercises. Barbell, dumbbell, cable, kettlebell, machines, bodyweight. Add custom ones.

Runs on Apple Watch. Live Activity keeps the countdown on the lock screen. Timed holds for planks, dead hangs, and carries. Rest days built into the plan.

Your workout data stays on your device.

No complicated programs. No AI coach. No social feed.

Just the set you're doing and the one that comes next.

Try one workout free. Unlock unlimited workouts once. No subscription.
