If it were possible, I wouldn't have given even half a star! My car was stopped inside the basement parking in the mall. The problem was the battery down. I called them for assistance. When the technician arrived, he tried to temporarily recharge the battery, but that didn't work. I paid 60 riyals. He told me to call the tow trucks , I did. As the roof of the car park is low, he could not load the car up, he tried to tow it out, but the cable snapped three times. At this point I said don't touch my car again. I don't want you to damage it. Paid for the call 50riyals. The next day, my Jeep agency sent their professional technician to me, within a second he had the batteries recharged and it turned on My jeep has two batteries, one supporting the other, if both don't recharge the car won't start. I do not recommend anyone to use this app. Useless!!!
