## What is EZI Connect 2?

EZI Connect 2 is the service tool for EZ Series In-Site lift-station panels. It connects to a panel over Bluetooth through the EZI dongle, shows what the panel is doing right now, lets you change its settings, and downloads its event log so you can hand the customer a report before you leave the site.

The connected features need an EZI Bluetooth dongle installed on an EZ Series In-Site panel. Without one, the app still opens, reads and shares .EZI log files, so anyone in the office can review a log a technician sends them.

CONNECT
Scan for nearby panels, pick one by serial number, and enter the panel's six-digit PIN. The app remembers the PIN for each dongle so the next visit is one tap. Signal strength and link diagnostics are a tap away when a connection is giving you trouble.

STATUS
See the tank level against the panel's own setpoints, each pump's Hand-Off-Auto state, run time and cycle counts, and any active alarm, all updating live. Switch a pump between Hand, Off and Auto from the phone. Reset run-time, cycle, alarm and override counters. Set the panel clock from the phone when it has drifted.

PUMP AND LEVEL SETTINGS
Change pump configuration (simplex or duplex), pumping direction, dosing mode and pump sequence. Set the level units, sensor range, gauge range and every setpoint: stop, start, lead, lag, alarm and the redundant and timer settings. The app shows exactly what it is about to write and what the panel did with it, and warns you before any setting that stops the pumps. Save a panel's settings as a profile and load it onto the next panel of the same type.

LOGS AND REPORTS
Download the panel's event log to the phone. Open a log to see a summary, the full event list, cycle, alarm and run-time charts by day, week or month, and the service-call history. Share a log as a PDF report, a CSV data file or an Excel workbook, or send the .EZI file itself to a colleague. Import a .EZI file someone sent you and review it the same way.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
Light and dark appearance. Reconnects on its own when the link drops. Every write is confirmed by the panel before the app reports it done, and the app tells you plainly when the panel refused or did not answer.

EZI Connect 2 replaces the earlier EZ In-Site Connect app. Saved panel names, PINs and settings do not carry over; enter each panel's PIN once and the app keeps it.

EZI Connect 2 collects no data. Everything it reads from a panel stays on the phone until you choose to share it.
