## What is Ezmortgage. Loan calculator?

Ezmortgage – an annuity mortgage calculator with an option to set your planned monthly payment.

Planned monthly payment – is the amount of money you are planning to pay each month. Select start and end date of the loan agreement or credit period, set your planned payment and tap "Save". Calculate monthly payment quick and easy, see how much interest you will save by early payments if you would be paying with your planned payment scheme. The number of loan calculations is unlimited, so that you could create several calculations with different credit amount, interest rate and decide which option is the best for you.

Здравствуйте!
Классное приложение! 🙂 жаль только, что нельзя в разные месяцы вносить разную сумму досрочного платежа, чтобы видеть «экономию» 😅 я как-то пыталась составить таблицу в эксель наподобие этого приложения 🙂 так и не составила, не получилось 😣

Установила калькулятор для расчета досрочного погашения существующего кредита. Добавление своего кредита особая песня, даты скачут, сроки тоже. Вводишь начало, меняется конечная дата рандомно, начинаешь с конца, скачут начальные даты. Сроки кредита по умолчанию от 10 лет, сбивают то, что вводишь. После «плясок с бубном» создала свой кредит.  Чудная программа показала мне график платежей, благодарю, конечно, я его знаю. Функции расчётов досрочного погашения после внесения крупной суммы в определённую дату нет, хотя заявлено. Не очень поняла смысл данного приложения и какие задачи с помощью не надо может решить пользователь.

Здравствуйте, только что скачала, добавила ипотеку, потом хотела добавить сумму платежа и резко вылетело, и каждый раз вылетает когда нажимаю на свою ипотеку 🥲

Не поняла для чего это приложение и зачем оно называется ипотечный калькулятор.
Внесла информацию по существующему ипотечному кредиту, но оказывается нет функции досрочных погашений.

Соответственно не можешь вносить эти данные и отслеживать динамику сокращения срока кредита при досрочных погашениях.
Нет возможности узнать на сколько уменьшится твой ежемесячный платеж при частичном погашении кредита для уменьшения ежемесячного платежа.

Зачем мне просто приложение-график который итак есть в онлайн банке?

Это бесполезное приложение не только для тех, кто планирует кредит, но и абсолютно бесполезное для тех у кого оно есть.
